Terms and conditions
Who supervises the students?

Our on-site team provides 24-hour supervision and support in summer and winter, including on scheduled excursions. If your child travels with a school group, we also explain how responsibilities are shared with the group leaders.

What if my child needs extra support?

Tell us about dietary, accessibility or other needs before you book, and we’ll explain how we handle illness and emergencies. Please don’t send medical or passport details through the inquiry form.

Can we book through our agency?

Yes. Add your agency’s name to your inquiry so we can work together on your child’s program.

Do students receive a certificate?

Yes. Every student receives a course certificate at the graduation at the end of the program.

How is my child’s English level assessed?

Students take an online English test before arrival, so they can join the right class from the first day.

Can students go out on their own?

No. Outings are always with YES USA staff, and staff check every room each night after curfew.

What happens if we need to cancel?

Booking changes and refunds follow our terms and conditions. Our team can explain them before you book.
