Privacy policy
Your details, used only to help you.
This policy explains what information the YES USA website collects, why, who helps us process it and the choices you have. Last updated: October 12, 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by YES USA (Your English School USA), which organizes junior English programs in the United States. Our office is at Onyx Tower, 1010 S Federal Hwy, #1422, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA.
For any privacy question or request, email info@yesusa.com or call +1 786 323 6883 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Eastern Time).
What we collect
Inquiry form: who you are inquiring as (parent or student, agency, school or group leader), your name, email address, agency name if relevant, the programs, courses, destinations and campuses you are interested in, any dates, group size, ages or referring agency you choose to add, your message and your consent.
Partner resource requests: your email address, the programs you are interested in and your consent.
Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Technical information: when you visit, our hosting provider processes standard connection data such as your IP address and browser type so the site can work and stay secure. To limit spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address in temporary memory for a short time.
Please do not include medical information, passport numbers or other sensitive documents in the form. We will ask for what we need, securely, if you decide to book.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare program options or a proposal, and follow up on your request.
To provide partner resources you ask for.
To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Students under 18
Our programs are for juniors, and many inquiries are about students under 18. We encourage parents or guardians to send the inquiry, or to be included in it. Students under 13 should not send us their own details: please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13 without a parent's or guardian's consent, we will delete it.
Who helps us
We share your details only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, under their own security and privacy commitments:
Zoho: our customer relationship system and email, where inquiries are stored and answered.
Vercel: website hosting.
Sanity: our content system, which also serves the website’s images.
OpenStreetMap and CARTO: map images on campus and destination pages. Your browser requests these directly, which shares your IP address with them.
Instagram: the latest posts on our homepage are loaded from Instagram, so your browser connects to Instagram’s servers.
Vimeo: plays the team video on our Careers page, in its “do not track” mode.
WhatsApp and Instagram: if you choose to contact or follow us there, under those services’ own policies.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
International visitors
Families, schools and agencies contact us from many countries. Your details are stored and processed in the United States and possibly other countries where our providers operate.
If data protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply to you, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps you request before a possible booking (replying to your inquiry), our legitimate interest in running and securing our website, and your consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond, to manage any resulting program, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, or to object to or limit how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including under California law. We do not charge for these requests.
Email info@yesusa.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Our website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers.
Security and changes
Access to inquiries is restricted to authorized YES USA staff, and our providers use encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
